Team member in Sales and Sales Support responsible with VCARD as  Principal IT Consultant.

I carry out the following activities:

  • Representative participation in various events and acquisition of new leads for Alvatern.
  • Responsible for all measures for digital lead generation.
  • this includes:
    • Campaign Management
    • Design and implementation of landing pages as well as their monitoring, tracking and reporting
    • Establishment of a multi-client CRM system for the recording and continuous maintenance of customer relationships and leads for the customers.
    • Definition of concrete sales strategies to develop sales opportunities from the “leads generation engine”.
    • Support of our clients in market analysis, definition and concrete implementation of the sales strategy.
    • Implementation of assessment and training workshops with the clients.
    • Management of the sales back office
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of the Dynatrace partner programme. “Dynatrace: Leader in Cloud Monitoring”. 
    this includes:
    • Certification and implementation of internal training measures
    • Identification of potential Dynatrace customers
    • Winning Mobiliar Versicherungen als Dynatrace customer
  • Business process analysis/modelling for clients and end customers for optimisation, transformation and implementation of business processes using suitable BPMN-Tools.
  • Design and development of new business models and the implementation of digitisation initiatives.
  • IT support and IT management for customers during data exchange.
    this includes:
    • Development and maintenance of the internal document management system
    • Development and maintenance of the Alvatern homepage
